On the basis of European data protection law (Article 13, EU Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that EUROTESSUTI S.r.l. undertakes to process the User’s personal data in accordance with fairness, lawfulness and transparency and maintenance of confidentiality. The User is therefore informed that:

• The data gathered and stored in relation to the filling in of the contact form will be used in order to meet the requests put forward in the form.
• The data may be processed with the use of paper and digital means, in accordance with suitable security measures pursuant to the provisions of article 5 paragraph 1 letter F of the GDPR.
• We inform you that it is mandatory to provide the data marked with an asterisk, while the remainder are discretionary. Failure to provide the mandatory data will result in the service requested not being performed.
